Mr. George is the founder and president of Planning Solutions, Inc. His experience has built Planning Solutions, Inc. from its inception in 1982 to the multi-discipline consulting firm of today. His project management skills cover a wide breadth of project types including master planning, site planning, long range planning, award-winning landscape design, park design, environmental planning, transportation design, public involvement, public hearing presentations, professional testimony, and land use permitting. He also serves as a guest speaker and classroom teacher in his areas of expertise.
Mr. George’s project management and land use planning skills have resulted in a long history of successfully permitted projects at Federal, State, and Local levels. With credentials as a Landscape Architect, Land Use Planner, Horticulturist, and Certified Arborist, he is uniquely qualified to understand the complexities involved in managing successful projects.

As the partner in charge of Landscape Architecture at Planning Solutions, Inc., Mr. Baumann provides project management and design solutions for a wide range of projects. These projects, within both the private and public sectors, include: streetscapes, parks, recreational facilities, commercial / residential / industrial landscape master plans / designs, and design guidelines. Mr. Baumann’s experience also includes large scale land use planning for Mixed Use, Subdivisions and Business Parks. Mr. Baumann’s expertise encompasses a detailed understanding of Federal, State, and Local jurisdictional land use requirements and how they pertain to designing and constructing a successful project. In addition to this varied range of projects, Mr. Baumann possesses a full range of presentation skills from public input to design workshops and design presentations. This experience, coupled with his awareness of project parameters such as methods of construction, time constraints and project budgets, allows for innovative, yet practical designs.

As the Director of Architecture at Planning Solutions, Inc., Mr. DiLoreto provides many years of Architectural experience designing and managing public, commercial, industrial, educational and religious projects. He offers expertise in large master plans and construction for offices, transportation, parks / interpretive centers, fairgrounds / exposition complexes and churches. Mark has been Project Manager for both private and public projects.

Mr. Mersy-Frank has been involved in a diversified range of commercial project types including medical and dental offices, lodging, libraries, financial institutions, food service, sports facilities, automotive service and dealerships, and multi-story general office buildings. His governmental work includes experience in municipal fire and police stations and several projects under the direction of the U.S. General Services Administration, including offices for the U.S. Secret Service and the U.S. Attorney's Office. His experience includes extensive work with Americans with Disability Act (ADA) building compliance and barrier free design. He has also worked in the industrial and residential sectors.
As an Architect for Planning Solutions, Mr. Mersy-Frank is responsible for the development of schematic design and detailed construction documents and specifications, including coordination of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. His responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the work of other CAD Technicians, development and management of CAD operations, and meeting with clients and design / engineering consultants to streamline the design process.
Mr. Mersy-Frank has served as an Adjunct Professor at several colleges, helping to apply his practical experience and knowledge in the classroom.
