Job Captain 3-5 years experience or Architect Project Manager 5-10 years experience

Strong written and verbal skills are necessary to coordinate with clients, staff, design professionals, and jurisdictions. Requires attention to detail while working on a variety of projects. All candidates should be proactive problem solvers.

Experience in the related fields of Landscape Architecture or Planning is a benefit. Candidate must have in depth experience with Auto Cad, MS Word, and Excel. Graphics software is a plus.

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture from an accredited University. Degree or experience in Planning is an added bonus.

Senior Planner 5-10 years experience

Experienced project manager, who is a talented, creative problem solver and site planning designer. Knowledgeable and experienced in regional land use codes and permitting. Individual should be experienced in public presentation and building consensus with clients, jurisdictions and neighbors, while successfully permitting projects.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Excellence in report writing. Code writing or grant writing experience is a bonus.

Degree in architecture, landscape architecture, engineering or planning required. ACAD proficiency a must. Strong computer skills.
