Western Machine Works
Vancouver, WA
Industrial Development Project
Architecture, Land Use Planning, Landscape Architecture
PSI coordinated the land use permitting for this nearly
5 acre phased project, as well as the architectural designs
for the buildings. Phase I included a 16,320 SF single
bay machine shop and a 1,680 SF modular building with
offices and restrooms. Phase II included additions to
the first structures and completed additional parking.
While the proposed structures are large, a small number
of employees would be working at the site. At build-out,
the project will consist of a 65,360 SF complex consisting
of multiple bay areas, a shop area, and a 4,000 SF two-story
office building.
