PSI designed the site to offer regional shopping and services to the traveling public. Purchasers include Appleby’s, McDonald’s, Columbia Credit Union, and C-Tran. Wetlands and buffer areas occupied approximately 40% of the site. Permit issues involved mitigation for loss of wetlands, mitigating off site and on site stormwater impacts, and replication of wetland functions within a constructed stormwater facility.

A new 32,000 square foot Toyota Dealership building was designed for this automotive dealer. The project included showroom, offices, parts department and storage, and service bays. The building utilized elements of the Toyota brand while still making an individual statement. Materials included Aluminum Storefront, Metal Panel, and concrete precast tilt panels.
