Chris Baumann | Principal and Director of Landscape Architecture

As the Owner and Director of Landscape Architecture Chris provides project management and design solutions for a wide range of projects throughout California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. 

He offers an understanding of the federal, state, and local jurisdictional land use requirements and how they pertain to designing and constructing a successful project. His awareness of project parameters such as methods of construction, time constraints, and project budgets allows for successful project development. 

He has experience in designs for streetscapes, parks, recreational facilities, commercial, industrial sites, and residential landscapes. Additionally, Chris has experience in master plans and large-scale land use planning for mixed use projects, subdivisions, and business parks. 

Chris has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture, University of California, Davis.

Mark DiLoreto | Director of Architecture

As Director of Architecture Mark provides design solutions and project management for a variety of projects. He has successfully worked on public, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, and religious projects. He offers expertise in master planning, public input workshops and presentations, and 3D graphics. 

He has experience in architectural design and development for commercial offices, public transportation, parks/interpretive centers, fairgrounds/exposition complexes and churches located throughout the Pacific Northwest. 

Mark has a Bachelor of Architecture, University of Oregon and a Minor in Architectural History of Western Cultures. He also has NCARB Professional Development Sustainable Design training.

Hana Adamko | Senior Landscape Architect

As Senior Landscape Architect, Hana provides creative landscape design solutions for a variety of projects, including commercial, multi-family and private residential designs. She offers expertise in detailed landscape design, using natural features and design elements to establish a theme with a strong design statement. 

She has design experience with streetscapes, parks, water features, open space corridors, hardscapes, recreational facilities, and development signage. 

Hana studied at the College of Applied Arts, Degree in Interior Design, Brno, Czech Republic and Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry, Degree in Landscape Engineering, Brno, Czech Republic.
